Life is good, how can it not be when you sell wine by the day and cook in the evening...........I eat drink and am very merry, especially with the holidays just around the corner. I can hardly believe that next week will bring the beginning of October. I love fall in Florida, no leaves to rake and you can wear your fall clothes if you turn your air conditioner down. Actually, this morning I had to resort to a sweatshirt to walk Belle our almost 4 year old very energetic black lab. Although I must admit, I did get a little warm after a couple of minutes.

I finally feel that I am catching up on everything after our daughter's wedding August 31, boy what fun we had, but I have let so much other things slide by. Brie and Rich seem to be settling into married life quite well, although they are still trying to decide who is going to do the cooking since they both are working............to bad they don't live closer to Riverview, I hear there is a good personal chef in the area.

October is gearing up to be a busy month, especially the last 2 weeks. I am scheduled to do an Oktoberfest cooking class at the Rolling Pin, http://rollingpinonline.com/ on Tuesday October 21 and a cooking demonstration for the Elegant Gardeners Club of Sun City Center Herb Gardening and Culinary EXPO on Friday October 24 from 2-5. That plus helping Cheryl out at WineStyles and a couple of parties I have, should keep me pretty busy..........I love it!!!!

We are looking to make some changes at the WineStyles in Riverview and gear things more towards a wine bar atmosphere. If you haven't been in, drop by and see us, we are always having a good time!
