Succulent Salmon In prosciutto parcels with a medley of natural mushrooms and leeks, served with Parmesan biscuits.
Here`s my recipe for a truly lovely meal for two that won`t have you slaving at a hot stove for hours.
To serve 2 men and women.Cooking time 20 mins ,add 10-15 mins preperation time on how significantly you`ve drunk!
2 very good sized Salmon Fillets,
six slices of prosciutto
6-7 good sized mushrooms sliced,
A leek sliced
A great block of parmesan,as small or as a lot as essential.
